Why? Mallet putters are typically heavier than traditional blade putters and have a higher MOI (Moment of Inertia). For those who may be new to golf, moment of inertia, also called mass moment of inertia, rotational inertia, or the angular mass, is a measure of an object’s resistance to changes to its rotation. It is the inertia of a rotating body with respect to its rotation. Put simply, putters with a higher MOI resist changes in direction as you are going through your putting stroke. What this means to you is more accurate putting because the putter will twist less as you go through your putting motion ensuring your stroke remains pure helping you sink more putts. Experienced golfers know to let the equipment work for them. You should also know that over 60% of the game is played on the greens, therefore choosing the right mallet putter is the difference between a birdie and a bogey. As you continue to read this article, think about the confidence that will follow as you sink putt after putt, and improve your game, guaranteed.

So while both putters offer superior performance, the question remains, which is better? For this, I ask you to take a close look at the alignment systems. For the RedX putters Scotty Cameron makes, there is a single line alignment system. While this has proven to be effective, look at the attention to design placed in the G360. The lines on the front and rear of the putter head are designed to line up precisely giving you a proper face angle. The horse shoe markings frame the ball creating a laser accurate path to the hole. Remember, putting is the precision part of your game. With the patented Axis-Path alignment system, your are guaranteed to have a truer path to the hole and sink more putts, or we will give you your money back. Our promise, your peace of mind… guaranteed.

Imagine removing the frustration of missing that crucial putt. Or, imagine the satisfaction of knowing that your game is solid from the tee all the way to the greens. What is it worth to you to drastically remove strokes and almost instantly see results on every putt? What if I told you some of the most used golf clubs on tour are designed, manufactured, and built for pros, not for you? Is your game important enough for you to change clubs even if the putter you choose isn’t at the top of the sales charts? It may surprise some, but the most used clubs/putters in golf may or may not always be the best for the average or even highly skilled golfter because they were designed with the professional in mind. Many companies spend substantial amounts coercing the tour greats to use their products. While all this money spent is great for the pro and their image, it may be actually damaging to your game.

Results Through Research: Features of Importance

Your golf game is important to you. That’s why your still reading. And as you continue to read, you may find some shocking prove to verify the above statements. This review will force you to make a decision, not based on sales charts, or big brand names, but on facts and performance. Three of the top tour clubs in golf have been rated independently of all the marketing hype and the results might surprise you. Are you ready to improve your game? In order to ensure you are selecting the best possible putter, these are the most important features to look for when making your choice:

Feel- Somewhat elusive, “feel” is the transfer of energy from the putter head through out the club indicating a club’s “sweet spot” and helping a golfer to maximize distance control

Materials- When manufactures start with premium materials, superior putters are always the result

Alignment System- Putters are precisions tools. An good alignment system lines up well with the presence of a golf ball and eliminates the visual distractions associated with proper putting helping the golfer project the proper path to the hole

GAiM GOLF Tour Clubs Reviewed

G360 Mallet Putters offer wider sweet spots to enhance the putter’s forgiveness and increasing the chance off still sinking a putt, even on an off-centered hit. G360 mallet putters are made from a proprietary tungsten alloy that has an amazing feel and sound. The head material was originally designed specifically for G360 mallet putters by General Electric where it won internal awards for its very unique physical properties. The reason we chose a solid face material instead of an insert face offers another advantage in distance control. Since different materials have dissimilar properties, if you use a putter with an insert face you run the added risk of striking the ball on one material or the other on an off centered hit which not only causes you to miss, but hinders your own internal game-improvement-process. In all regard the G360 is truly unique which is why we can guarantee it to lower your score.

GAiM GOLF Tour Clubs Engineered for Immediate Results

As stated earlier, most companies engineer their putters with the pro in mind. Unless you have eight hours a day to improve your game, the skill level needed to use these tour clubs to achieve the desired results are not within your reach. At Gaim Golf, the objective was simple: Find the deficiencies engineered in most putters and remove them. Let’s revisit the points of interest:

Materials:
Both the Odyssey White Hot Putter and the Ping iN Series start will traditional materials with the added use of inserts to compensate and try to gain advantages in feel. Gaim uses a solid tungsten alloy engineered by the technological great General Electric (GE). Using dissimilar materials has a real disadvantage. Different materials transfer energy at different rates. To achieve the optimum feel, you have to be extremely accurate in hitting such a small sweet spot to ensure accurate energy transfer and feel. Missing the inserts will cause you to strike the ball with the other putter materials causing inconsistencies in feel and distance control. Gaim, however, partnered with General Electric to develop a material that would eliminate the need for inserts. The result is the world’s only solid tungsten alloy putter head. Because it is of a solid design, you will always have pure energy transfer and a larger “sweet spot,” guaranteed.

Independent Performance Testing
Independent testing is done when performance matters more than money. According to GolfTest USA, the Gaim G360 scored #2 overall beating such golf tour clubs as Scotty Cameron, Titleist, and even some greats from Odyssey in the areas of accuracy, feel, and overall performance, going on to receive the coveted “Seal of Excellence Award.” The G360 also secured the “Best Kept Secret in Golf” award from Golf Illustrated magazine. Click here to learn more about how the G360 from Gaim Golf is embarrassing the “tour greats” and putting more putts in the hole.

Choosing the Wrong Shafted Putter Can Destroy You on the Greens

Everyone knows that golf is a thinking man’s game. While other sports can be one by brute force and sheer speed, golf is the game that requires more finesse. That’s why you chose it. That’s why you’re good at it. And if you don’t feel that you’re that good at it, then keep reading because your are going to see what Golf Illustrated magazine called the “Best Kept Secret in Golf.”

Precision Tools Lead to Better Putting

Putting is the most precise aspect of the game of golf. The putter must be designed to give the golfer every technical advantage including smooth stroke, good glide, sweet impact, and bounce-less topspin ball launch as well as every technique advantage including perfect fit as to shaft angle and length. It is a highly specialized tool for a specific job and virtually no golfer is without one. With this in mind, it’s time to dig deep… into your bag that is. All skilled craftsmen have a bag. But, not all skilled craftsmen have the best tools in that bag. For starters, most golfers are followers. Instead of doing good, honest, research, they let others think for them and choose the putters that are at the top of the sales chart. Most rarely discover the putters that handily and consistently outperform the “tour greats” when independent testing is conducted. Golf Illustrated and GolfTest USA are some of the best places to look for unbiased results. When it comes to choosing the best shafted putters, you need to know what is all out there. We all know that just because something is on TV doesn’t mean that it’s the best thing for you…

Choosing a Shafted Putter

There are many types of shafted putters, however, the one that’s best for you depends heavenly on your putting mechanics, your level of skill, and the type of putter being used: blade putter vs. mallet putter. Blade putters are usually lighter and require higher levels of skill to control. This is because lighter putters require more muscle control to avoid muscular over compensation which may lead to you missing your path to the hole by two to three degrees. Mallet putters, which we will primarily focus, use additional weight to create a pendulum-type stroke allowing natural momentum to create a smoother, consistent putting stroke. Where you decide to place the shaft on your putter head can be purely a personal choice.

Center Shafted Putters

As the name suggests, center shafted putters put the shaft of the putter in the center of the putter head. This is said to help golfers imagine a truer path to the hole by allowing them to have a more upright position over the golf ball. Golfers also claim that they have less twist of the putter face upon contact with the ball.

Heel Shafted Putters

Heel shafted putters are probably more used than center shafted putters, but this trend is said to be changing. With the heel shafted putter, the shaft is placed at the heel of the putter head. This is the type of putter used most regardless if you are referring to a blade putter or a mallet putter. Most golfers claim that they don’t like being so upright over the ball. Placing the shaft at the heel on one side or the other creates some space which many golfer feel gives them a larger range of motion and some room for adjustment depending on the type of putt being attempted.

A Tool Not a Toy

As stated earlier in this article, putting is the most precise aspect of this game. Amateurs and inexperienced golfers love to see the ball hit from the tee. However, smarter and more experienced golfers like yourself understand that you “drive for show, and putt for dough.” Here at Gaim Golf, the mission was simple: find the negatives engineered into most putters and remove them. This quest for excellence led to a partnership with General Electric to create the world’s only putter head with a solid tungsten alloy. This award winning material ensures consistent energy transfer for a larger “sweet spot” and a pure soft feel. GolfTest USA gave it the coveted “Seal of Excellence” and Golf Illustrated named it the “Best Kept Secret” in golf. When it comes to shafts, we use only the best by True Temper and the greatest thing is, no matter what type of putter you prefer, we can place the shaft anywhere you like it making our putters fully customizable. Click here to learn more about how the G360 from Gaim Golf is embarrassing the “tour greats” and putting more putts in the hole.

In golf, ladies’ clubs are becoming more popular, thus making the right one more difficult to find. As you read this article, you will see why when it comes to choosing ladies clubs, you should start by choosing you putter first. Most golfers stop and start their search at the most popular brands, however, GolfTest USA (long considered the consumer reports of all things golf) as well as many others are showing how the “big brands” and “tour greats” are not always the best in golf for ladies clubs.

Your Problem, Our Solution | GAiM GOLF Ladies Clubs Enhanced

Ladies, the most important golf club in your bag is the putter. This is arguably true due to the fact that almost 60% of the game of golf is played on the greens. With this much usage, it’s important not to underestimate the work needed to find the best golf clubs for ladies. With various putter types available, the mallet putter is commonly favored among ladies due to its additional weight. The additional weight increases the momentum, which smooths out your swing, helping you keep a straighter, more accurate line before making contact with the ball. The Gaim G360 was engineered to have an increased MOI (Moment of Inertia) and thus gets its name for weighing 40 ounces more than traditional mallet putters, hence the name G360 for 360 total ounces. Higher MOI’s along with good putting mechanics have been proven to reduce twisting in the putting stroke and drastically increasing the number of made putts. When you purchase this putter you are guaranteed to have better tracking momentum, increasing your confidence and sinking more putts. Not only did we increase the weight of our mallet putter, but we also teamed with technological great General Electric (GE) for a material that would increase tracking momentum, energy transfer for feel, and eliminate the need for inserts in our mallet putters. The result is the world’s only putter head constructed of a proprietary, precision milled, solid tungsten alloy. It is true that inserts create great feel, however, this is done at the expense of accuracy. Golf clubs with inserts, use dissimilar materials to create that feel. The insert marks the “sweet spot” which has to be hit extremely consistent to ensure you are getting the best golf stroke every time. Now ladies, I don’t know about you, but I don’t want that pressure when my game is on the line. A solid putter head design makes sure that energy transfer and feel are consistent at all times. The sweet spot is larger and the forgiveness phenomenal. Even on mishits, in independent test, golfers still made more putts, and this was extremely the case among ladies.

G360 | Axis-Path Alignment System

GAiM GOLF Ladies Clubs that Show Why Better Alignment Equals Better Putting

Serious about golf? Then let’s do some research. Visit all the major brands websites and study the markings on their clubs. What you will find are brand names, elaborate designs, or even a small single line meant to help you line up the ball with the hole. Do it, go look for yourself. While these additions to your putter look great while hanging out of your bag, they do nothing for your putting. Look at it this way. Whose going to be more accurate, the guy with the 9 mm handgun, or the rifle with the scope on the top? While the 9 mm is flashy, it was never designed for long distance, precision shooting. A good alignment system is your scope used to create accuracy in your putting making sure you have the best path to the hole. When you buy the G360, you are getting a putting tool designed with the ball in mind. Have you ever seen a golfer take a practice swing with the putter in front of the ball? This is done because other putters were never designed to line up in the presence of a golf ball. The patented axis-path alignment system was designed to help you create an accurate path to the hole so when you line up for your shot, you line up with the ball. The horseshoe marking frames the ball, and projects the path to the hole. When the markings on the heel of the putter align with the markings on the face of the putter, you are assured of a face placement that is true. You will sink more putts… that’s our promise. If you want ladies’ clubs that are stylish, go with the big brands. We didn’t design our putter to look good in the bag, we designed it to make you look good by putting the ball in the hole.

GAiM GOLF Ladies Clubs That Will Make an Immediate Impact

Here at Gaim Golf the mission was simple: Find the deficiencies designed in most putters and remove them. We are so confident in our research and design that if you don’t immediately and drastically become the envy of the golf course by sinking more putts, we will give you your money back. In golf, ladies clubs are endless and it can be very difficult to find the right one. This is why we offer such a strong guarantee because we know you don’t have the time to waist on hype without results.

Think for a minute. What is the most used, most important club in your bag? Some will say the driver. I mean sure, if you can’t get your ball to the greens, there’s not way to sink the putt. But what might be a surprise to many is that according to many top independent testing sites the most used club in your bag is the putter. Being the most used, I would venture to say it is also the most important, and why much thought needs to be placed here when improving your golf score. A great putter is like the keys to your car. No matter how much you shine the wheels, without the keys, you go nowhere. As you continue to read this article, you will discover that if you are really serious about golf, which I know you are, you want to make the best putter choice possible and not just follow the herd by buying what everyone else is buying. We both know you’re better than that.

Major Brand Players

Wilson , Callaway, Titleist, Adams , King Cobra, Yonex, Ping , Taylor Made, Mizuno, and Spaulding are all excellent brand name golf clubs. But the question on your mind is: Which is the best of the bunch? Who makes the best putter that will have an immediate impact on my scorecard? If you start with the brands above, you might find what your looking for. The problems is, the big brands are usually overpriced sticks engineered for some pro they are trying to get to endorse their clubs. Well how does that help you? It doesn’t! So you’re stuck with overpriced, pro-minded equipment that won’t help much, if at all. Think of it this way. A sixteen year old might have a license, but there’s no way that a sixteen year old can compete in formula one racing. Yes, that’s a perfectly made machine, so it’s not so much a problem of equipment as it is the skill of the person using it. Big golf companies typically design equipment for the pros with higher skill levels. If you’re tired of overpriced brand name clubs that aren’t designed for you, then you must read on.

Choosing the Best Golf Brand, Not the Biggest

“The Best Kept Secret in Golf.” That’s what Golf Illustrated had to say about a smaller brand whose club ranked #2 overall in independent consumer testing. Golf TestUSA went on to award this same club the coveted “Seal of Excellence” Award. When the owner of this brand was asked about which pro to seek for sponsorship, his reply was, “We don’t sponsor tour pros. We’ve used that money for research and development of a better mallet putter. Here at GAiM Golf, we promise immediate and phenomenal results, or your money back.” Let’s face it. A bigger company doesn’t always mean a better company. For years GM was at the top of the mountain market wise, yet size resulted in complacency. Toyota’s problems came soon after they took the number one spot. Somewhere in all that size, quality seems to play a backseat to quantity. The world of golf clubs is no different. Our mission is to deliver the best club and the most competitive price guaranteed. We are so sure our club will have an immediate impact, that we will take it off your hands with no questions asked.

G360 | Gaim's Multiple Award Winning Mallet Putter

Results Through Research | Choosing the Best Golf Brand

The second major problem is, golfers seldom go pass the obvious. There are several golf brands on the market that have actually out performed many of the so called “tour greats.” Choosing the best golf club is more than image, it’s about engineering. Many smaller putter makers, like GAiM Golf, have approached the problem of making the best putter from a consumer minded perspective. Helping the newbie look like an experienced player, while taking the experienced player and helping them sink more putts guaranteed. They did this first by research. The goal was simple: find the deficiencies that are engineered into most putters and remove them. This pursuit of excellence led GAiM Golf to the innovative giant General Electric. Now if you know anything about innovation in the areas of electronics, jet engines, or even to the latest advancements in medical technology, you know GE is the leader in whatever field they pursue.

Excellence Through Engineering | GAiM: Best Golf Brand

The partnership with GE resulted in a brand new, solid tungsten alloy putter head that is NOT available on any other putter in the world. Other putters use composites (dissimilar materials) to deal with the problems of “feel” and “distance control.” The problem with dissimilar materials is that energy transfer is different depending on which material strikes the ball. A steel housing with graphite inserts may produce a soft feel, but unless you’re swing is perfect every time, you can never guarantee which material you will strike. The steel, the graphite, or both. The differences in materials will always make finding the sweet spot a guessing game. The GE engineered, multiple award winning, solid tungsten alloy ensures pure energy transfer, creating a larger sweet spot, which helps you sink more putts, every time!

Here at Gaim Golf, we believe every golfer should have access to high quality, top tier, golf equipment helping you become more dominate on the greens without putting a burden on your wallet. In order to obtain high quality equipment, many golfers buy their putters used. At first glance, this may seem like a viable option, but stop and think… what are you really getting ? You might be getting the brand and image of say, a good putter, but slightly used putters could also mean slightly damaged putters which leaves your ball on the greens instead of in the hole.

Friction: The Problem with Buying Your Putters Used

I’ll bet you’re not the type of person that digs through someones garbage looking for fresh milk or your next meal. Obviously you know that these things have life spans, and what used retailers fail to mention is that golf clubs, especially putters, have life spans too. Think about it… what is the most used club in your bag? Anything used to hit golf balls all day and cause friction has a life span. You know this: “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.” When it comes to shrinking your score do you want his trash in your bag? The reality is that buying your putters used does not guarantee that you will get a great product at a great price. Many of the following putters: Odyssey, Titleist, and Scotty Cameron still range anywhere from $234.00-149.00. Yes, those are “pre-owned” putter prices. These clubs are often rated by the retailers to determine a wear rating, which are not manufacture certified inspections.

Buying Putters Used Nullifies Customization

At Gaim Golf, you can have a brand new, fully customized putter in your hand at a price that is better or highly comparable to those who choose to buy their putters used. Don’t think for one second that inexpensive means cheap. As you continue to read this article, you will easily see why the G360 is easily worth twice the asking price. We are confident that will you discover why the G360 was voted “Golf’s Best Kept Secret”, by Golf Illustrated and received the coveted “Seal of Excellence” from GolfTest USA, the independent golf testing company long seen as the “Consumer Reports” of all things golf. You will sink more putts and lower your total golf score, or we will give you your money back guaranteed, it’s that simple, because you deserve a top rated putter at the best price possible. Discover what thousands of others have found, and why you can have premium golf equipment without having to put someones trash in your bag.

GAIM Golf G360 Putter Earns Top Rating From GolfTest USA

Knoxville, TN (July 29, 2005) – GAIM Golf’s G360 putter was judged a top performer in two independent tests conducted by GolfTest USA. Using golfers with handicaps ranging from 0 to 25, the G360 earned the coveted Seal of Excellence award which indicates a golf product has been judged to be of superior quality, value and performance.

“GolfTest USA’s test proves that the G360 is an excellent putter,” stated GAIM Golf’s co-owner Gary Patterson. “Our customers’ feedback echoes the results of GolfTest USA’s tests. Regardless of their handicap, golfers who purchase the G360 say they putt better than they had previously putted without it.”

The putters were judged on distance, accuracy, appearance and feel. One test was conducted on lower handicap golfers while the other test was for golfers with a handicap of 12 to 25. GAIM Golf’s G360 was awarded the highest overall ranking (tied) with an 8.3 by the higher handicappers. In the test with low handicap golfers, the G360 also scored an 8.3 overall with the highest score being 8.4.

“The G360 beat out the most well known, best selling and most expensive putters on the market. Imagine if they’d tested the putters’ capabilities of picking up a ball out of the hole,” added Patterson, making reference to the G360’s unique feature of being able to pick up a golf ball. “We have a putter that not only helps you get the ball into the cup; it also helps you get it out.”

GolfTest USA was formed to enable consumers to make informed purchasing decisions for all golf related products and is considered the “Consumer Reports” of the golf industry.

Knoxville, TN (August 16, 2005) The GAIM Golf G360, a new putter engineered to guarantee better aim and distance control, is earning national attention and respect from both touring professionals and top amateur golfers. The G360 has become the putter of choice for Mark McCumber, a 10-time winner on the PGA Tour and a member of the 1989 Ryder Cup Team. He has played the G360 in every PGA Tour and Champions Tour events he’s played thus far this year.

McCumber, who is revered for sinking a 40-foot putt to clinch the 1994 The TOUR Championship, is confident when putting with the GAIM G360. “The number one reason putts are missed is because of bad alignment,” McCumber said.

“In all of the years I have played professional golf, the GAIM putter has the best alignment assisting features of any putter I have ever seen or used. It is of the highest quality and it will absolutely improve your putting.”
-Mark McCuumber

With more than $6 million in career earnings, McCumber joined the Champions Tour in 2001. He is a former golf analyst for Fox Sports and a past member of the PGA Tour Advisory Board. In addition to being a member of the 1989 Ryder Cup Team, McCumber’s career highlights include wins in the 1988 The Players Championship, the 1979 and 1985 Doral-Eastern Opens, the 1983 and 1989 Western Opens, the 1983 Pensacola Open, the 1987 and 1994 Anheuser-Busch Classics, the 1994 Hardees Classic and the 1994 TOUR Championship. Mark McCumber is President of Mark McCumber & Associates, the golf course design division of McCumber Golf. He has been responsible for more than 40 golf course projects throughout the United States and Japan.

“We are very excited to have a professional like Mark make the G360 his putter of choice,” said Gary Patterson, GAIM Golf co-owner. “With Mark’s experience on the Pro Tour and his vast knowledge of the golf industry, his endorsement proves that the GAIM Golf G360 is a superior putter.”

The G360 is also being featured on gaimgolf.com and on The Patriot Channel airing this Summer.
The spot showcases the advantages of the G360 putter which include:

    *
80% heel-to-toe weighting provides stability at impact created by the head’s center void.
This feature also generates a bigger sweet spot.
*
60% top weighted face, created by center void, makes a higher center of gravity
that promotes over-spin.
*
Slightly heavier 360-gram head maintains tracking momentum, even on shorter strokes.
*
One-piece, tungsten composite head (no insert used) promoted pure energy transfer offering a more solid feel.
*
Elevated rear sole eliminates stubbing.
*
Rounded and radiused back glides easily over green’s collar.
*
Accurate alignment marks promote proper face angle at impact.
*
Precision milled face guarantees a perfectly flat striking surface.
*
A unique void in the putter’s head which provides the added orthopedic or convenience benefit of picking up a ball by simply placing the club over the ball.

GAIM Golf manufactures the G360 utilizing the best materials. The putter’s head is an acutely balanced, one-piece tungsten composite. Winn provides the grips and the shafts are by True Temper. The putter is gaining accolades from respected names such as McCumber, Dr. Craig Farnsworth (known as the “Putt Doctor” who coaches the top names in golf and other elite athletes) and LPGA’s Jackie Gallagher-Smith. It also was recently judged a top performer in two independent tests conducted by GolfTest USA, earning the putter the coveted Seal of Excellence award which indicates a golf product has been judged to be of superior quality, value and performance.
